The Spring term comes to an end after yet another busy week in Purple Class.

On Wednesday we had our Spring concert which was exceptionally well attended. The children performed beautifully and we were proud of how they have learnt their songs and how played their instruments with good timing.

Yesterday and this morning we welcomed parents and carers to our open classrooms so they could look through their children’s books and their work on displays. Thank you all of you who could come and spend some time talking to the children about their learning. They really look forward to these moments and looked so proud to show their achievements.

We will be back on the 19th April straight into our 50th Anniversary celebrations. The children have been practicing the words for our anniversary concert songs: “I’m a Believer” (The Monkees), “All you need is love” (The Beatles) and “Congratulations” (Cliff Richard), just in case you hear some old tunes being sung at home. We look forward to coming back to some festive activities and wish you and your families a happy and safe Easter holiday.
