It has been National Anti-bullying week and the children have been thinking about how to show respect. We wore odd-socks on Monday to recognise that we are all different. We have also been discussing ways to show respect, such as using kind words and listening when someone else is speaking.
Next week is another busy week. We will be using photographs of any parties that you send for our History topic. We will return them at the end of the week.
We shall also be taste testing in D&T in readiness for our Fruit Pizza activity. Please see the green slip in your child’s book bag and note that there will only be fruit tasted (no dough).
Thank you for supporting Children in Need. The children all enjoyed wearing their own clothes.
Lastly, well done for those children who have started learning/using the Spellings that have been going home in their Home Learning books. I second set is available. There should also be some ‘2 Dos’ on Purple Mash.
Wishing you all a happy and safe weekend.
Mrs. Haynes and Mrs. Caramelo.
